Crikvenica TB collects the personal data relating to data subjects required to fulfil its services, and commits to protect the personal data of current and future data subjects in compliance with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL ON THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL PERSONS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ON THE FREE MOVEMENT OF SUCH DATA (GDPR) (hereinafter: Regulation). Data processing is subject to lawful processing on the grounds of Article 6 of the Regulation.

All collected data relating to subjects are strictly protected and available only to employees who require these data to perform their duties. All Crikvenica TB employees are responsible for respecting the principles of personal data processing and the lawfulness of processing.

Prior to collecting the data from the subject, Crikvenica TB shall inform the data subject about the lawfulness of processing, the terms, the purposes of collecting and processing the data, details relating to the data controller, the contact details of the data protection officer, the legal basis for the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, if any, the period for which the personal data will be stored, or the criteria used to determine that period. Apart from the abovementioned purpose, we will not sell, rent, lease, or give away your personal information to third-party private and legal persons and countries.

Data subjects have the right to choose how their personal data will be used, including the possibility of deciding whether they want their name to be removed from lists used for marketing purposes or not.

In accordance with our public interest task, we publish photos taken at public gatherings and publish them on our official website for the purpose of promoting our work.
