Kvarner International Sparkling Wines Festival Crikvenica – a festival dedicated to sparkling wines
This summer, sparkling wine lovers are in for a treat. On Friday and Saturday, 10–11 July, the Crikvenica Tourist Board, in cooperation with Kvarner Wines, proudly presents Just Sparkle – a unique sparkling wine festival celebrating the culture of sparkling wines through two days of tastings, socialising, outstanding gastronomy and live entertainment.
Under the slogan SIP THE SPARKLE. FEEL THE SUMMER., the festival brings together renowned exhibitors, offering visitors the opportunity to discover a wide variety of sparkling wine styles, regions and interpretations all in one place.
Featured wineries and exhibitors include Kvarner Wines, Pavlomir, Enosophia, SWF Croatia, Griffin, Miva Wine Gallery, Enozoik, and Vapore Distillery / Deklić Winery, presenting around 80 sparkling wine labels.
"Some bubbles last only a moment. Some stay with you all summer. And the very best deserve a festival of their own." That is the philosophy behind Just Sparkle – an event designed as a celebration of summer, great company and exceptional sparkling wines.
Alongside the extensive wine selection, visitors can enjoy a carefully curated gastro zone. Exquisite seafood delicacies will be served by Oyster Bar by Dida and Scampi Bar by Burin, while Esplanade by Jadran d.d. will offer a selection of delicious finger food.
The festival atmosphere will be enhanced by an elegant musical programme. On the opening night, Voxford and DJ DaddyDee accompanied by a saxophonist will set the mood, while the second evening will feature Manuel Lupen with live violin accompaniment, creating the perfect summer backdrop for enjoying a glass of your favourite sparkling wine.
Just Sparkle is more than a wine festival – it is an experience that brings together exceptional flavours, music and unforgettable moments in a relaxed summer setting. Whether you are a long-time sparkling wine enthusiast or just beginning to explore the world of bubbles, these two days promise exciting discoveries, inspiring encounters with winemakers and the finest tastes of summer.
