Tax free

All foreign citizens have the right to a tax refund.
The minimum amount for a tax refund is 501.00 kn, which must be spent in the same shop on the same day.
A tax refund for foreign citizens is only possible for items that were purchased in shops with a Tax Free sign. The visitor must take the article out of Croatia and have it verified by customs within 3 months of the date of purchase. When leaving Croatia, foreign citizens are required to present the Tax-Cheque form, which can be obtained in shops.
