2nd Adriatic Tour – Oldtimer Meeting
On Saturday, October 11, Crikvenica once again becomes the gathering place for all lovers of four-wheeled classics! The 2nd Adriatic Tour is an international event that will bring together participants from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition to its touristic and showcase character, the event also includes a competitive segment where participants will demonstrate their skill and precision in driving vintage cars. The competition is part of the international Karawanken Classic Cup.
A total of 65 vehicles will take part in the event – the oldest car dating back to 1955, while the newest one was produced in 1995. Various brands will be represented, including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, Lancia, Ford, MG, and BMW.
The route of the event will cover approximately 110 km. Participants will gather at Stjepan Radić Square in Crikvenica from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., when the start is scheduled. The route will lead from Crikvenica through Selce, where participants will take part in precision tests, then continue through Bribir and Novi Vinodolski to Senj, where the first break will be held with coffee and cake. The drive will continue via Vratnik and the inland roads to Luka Krmpotska, where lunch will be organized for all participants. After the lunch break, the vintage cars will head back down to the coastal road, driving from Klenovica to Selce, where another stop is planned — this time for a visit and wine tasting at Grand Village Estate Winery.
From 5:00 p.m. onwards, participants will start arriving back at the finish line in Crikvenica, where the beautiful vintage cars will once again be displayed at Stjepan Radić Square. Meanwhile, participants will attend a dinner and awards ceremony at the Aminess Younique Narrivi Hotel.
